In a meeting on traditional equipment and automation, experts from Shanghai Jiaotong Univeristy and Ningbo University of Technology signed agreement with Aoboer, intending to help them to develop automatic production line so as to decrease production cost and improve efficiency and quality of their products.

As a pioneer of socket, Aoboer has made innovation as energy for its development since its foundation. It has developed several thousands of functional sockets and improved core parts of sockets: chips. All these win Aoboer many advantages. Aoboer has now 6 invention patents, more than 30 new inventions and more than 100 outer package patents. Aoboer is now an example for enterprises which win rapid development with innovative ideas.

With strength increased, Aoboer has now reached an agreement with European need in functional sockets. With 20%—30% share in functional sockets, Aoboer has avoided the competition from European counterparts. Aoboer is now not satisfied with its achievements, but is being afraid of possible difficulty in employment. On one hand, Aoboer is now making great efforts to remain the stability of its employees; on the other hand, Aoboer is also trying to find employees in Xinjiang. Besides, Aoboer is trying to improve its automatic production line to promote its competitive edge.

“Aoboer spends more than 1 million Yuan in paying employees. If 8 automatic production lines put into use, 50 percent of employment will be saved. It will help to double our product and decrease the possibility of discarded products.” said the general manager, Wang Guangfu. He predicts that the automatic lines will be implemented by the end of the year and by that time, Aoboer will not be a labor intensive company. It will largely depend on machinery operation.
