Comprehensive Logistics Park headquarter agglomeration project: It covers an area of 76 Mu and belongs to commercial land. The total investment is RMB 114 million. On the basis of commercial office buildings, big-medium sized logistics enterprises will be welcomed to set up regional headquarters or operational management center.

The project includes professional logistic projects like cold chain logistic enterprises, pharmaceutical distribution enterprises, petrochemical raw material trade enterprises, postal logistics, etc.
4. Comprehensive logistics park regional distribution center project: It covers an area of 150 Mu and belongs to logistic land, with a total investment of RMB 158, and is to be built as an industrial and trade enterprises regional distribution center. The project should have the function of sales.

Project Construction Scale and Content: Comprehensive Logistics Park is located in northern Cixi, begins from East Third-ring Road in the east, Jianfu Road in the south, faced with Planned New City Avenue in the west and Shenhai Express in the north. The planned investment of Comprehensive Logistics Park is RMB 2.6 billion, and the total area is 2000 Mu, among which the first period developed area is 1500 Mu and the second period developed area is 500 Mu. The park is planned to be divided into six functional areas, namely regional distribution area, freight cargo area, warehousing area, professional logistics area, supply chain integration service area and extending development area. The construction period of the project is from 2011 to 2015.
