Lately, the List of the Second Batch of China Most Honorable Families in 2020 was released, and the family of Zhang Fengcai in the Shuiyunpu Village, Xiaolin Town in Cixi is on the List. Since early 2020, the Cixi Women’s Federation has been focusing on 5 major aspectsof “civilization, family education, safety, development and services”, and has launched a comprehensive platform of “Cixi Family Tradition”for family construction. In combination with the selection of star families at the grass-root level, the database of civilized families at the village and town levels has been established gradually. Meanwhile, the Federation also kept frequent contact with relevant departments, excavate loving businesses, integrate social resources, launch Cixiang Card for the “he who has virtue has gain”, and carry out the mechanism of sharing the dividends by civilized families at different levels and of different categories. In 2020, a total of 500 households were entitled as “Straight A Civilized Families” upon assessment and selection, and 7 out of which have been selected as provincial honorable families and 26 municipal ones upon recommendation.
