In the morning of July 15, the Cixi Municipal Human Resource Exchange Center was crowded since a theme recruitment fair, a skill experience activity and a skilled talent policy consulting activity of the “World Youth Skills Day” were held. Up to about 300 skilled talents went to participate in the “skill fair”.

The recruitment fair was very lively and crowded. There were more than 1,200 jobs of 40 categories, including electrical engineer, mechanical engineer and system development engineer, available. 56 enterprises, including the Cixing Group Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Baogong Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.,sincerely offered“olive branches” to job applicants. At the activity, consulting services on talent policy on vocational skills training identification service and so on were also provided.On that day, a total of 293 job applicants submitted their resumes, and 92 of them finally reached employment intention.

The Cixi Municipal “Technician Star” Vocational Skill Competition 2021, a major activity of the series of activities of the “World Youth Skills Day” this year, was held on July 17 by the Organization Department of the CPC Cixi Municipal Committee (Talent Administration Office of the CPC Cixi Municipal Committee), the Cixi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Cixi Municipal Education Bureau, and the Cixi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. The competition was launched in June and entered the competition stage in middle and late July and is to last for half a month. The competition attracted 12,793 people to sign up, and 10,652 people were approved and confirmed to participate in the competition, setting a record high.

According to the organizing committee of the competition, the competition covers 10 types of work and is divided into preliminaries of the Ningbo “Rural Revitalization” Vocational Skill Competition and Ningbo Municipal Class II Competition. Those who passes the examination shall be issued with certificateswith vocational skill levels for being senior workers.
