For the red and yellow passes that guarantee production, the policy of "only entering but not leaving" and "only leaving but not entering" is implemented. At the same time, for the green passes that purchase living materials for enterprises, the restrictions are released accordingly to facilitate the purchase of living materials with strict measures taken for epidemic prevention and control. At present, more than 40 enterprises are able to guarantee production capacity under the condition of closed-loop production.
