Recently, the list of the second batch of future communities in the Zhejiang Province was released, and Mingshan and Qingshuiwan Future Communities in Cixi are on the list.

In recent years, with the continuous development of digital technology, Internet of Things technologies such as vehicle intelligent identification system, face recognition, and intelligent express cabinet have entered the lives of community residents. The Mingshan Community has achieved one screen control of community affairs management by building the Digital Intelligence Community Command Center, integrating Party members' information, household information, residential quarter monitoring and other livelihood data; relying on the Digital Intelligence Community Command Center, the community intelligent robot applet "Mingshan Smart Home" was developed to open up the last mile of community refined services. The Qingshuiwan Community, centering on "child care", "entrepreneurship" and "home-based elderly care", focused on "the elderly and the young". At the same time, the construction space of 4,800 square meters will be integrated for construction through researches on the current situation. According to the requirements of supporting facilities in the residential areas of the 15-minute, 10-minute and 5-minute life circles, nine scenes will be created by deeply combining digital technologies and meeting the needs of "the elderly and the young". The residential quarters and supporting resources along the line will be connected to improve the community environment, enrich community activities and improve residents' life satisfaction.

Building the future community, the basic unit of modernization, is not only an important part of improving people's well-being, but also an important starting point for our city to build a pioneer city for common prosperity. In 2022, Cixi simultaneously created 10 provincial future communities, including Mingshan, Qingshuiwan, and Xinchenghe, etc.. At present, seven future communities have been under construction, among which the Mingshan Community have invested about 24 million yuan and the Qingshuiwan Community about 18 million yuan.

At the same time, making use of the space of future community construction, Cixi has extended the public service scenes of elderly care, nurseries, cultural and sports activities, and health care services from the subdistrict level to the community level, so that community residents can really enjoy the public services within a 5-minute life circle. In the future community construction, the Hushan Subdistrict and the Kandun Subdistrict will adopt the "with plan" transfer and EPC mode to accelerate the preliminary work of the projects, fully overcome the difficulties of heavy tasks and within in a tight period of time, and accelerate the scene construction, digital landing and effective operation of the scenes.

It is reported that the Cixi Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau will continue to promote the establishment of four future communities, namely, the Xinchenghe, the Jiepai, the Xinchaotang and the Sanpengqiao, and start the construction of four future communities of the Luhu, Shunze, Meilin and Shuanghe.
