In Zonghan, the construction of projects such as the Intime Department Store in the west of the city, the "Bali Love" one-stop themed wedding banquet center, and the "Chengjun Heartbeat" Happy Cixi Experience Base project have been progressing smoothly.

In June this year, the renovation of the Intime Department Store Poly Store project, a landmark building in the west of the Cixi City, was launched. During this period, comprehensive upgrades and renovations were carried out on the internal hardware of the block's commercial and shopping mall businesses (shopping centers), relying on the Intime commercial system to attract new retail and catering brands. It is reported that the upgraded Intime Department Store in the west of the Cixi City is planned to open at the end of this month. At that time, it will bring together catering, experience, retail, entertainment, parent-child children services and other diversified business forms, creating a new landmark of experience-based happy living and social networking, and reactivating the business form in the west area of the Cixi City, so that citizens can eat, drink, play, enjoy and shop at one stop.

In June this year, the "Bali Love" one-stop themed wedding banquet center introduced by the Zonghan Subdistrict began construction. The total investment of this project is 80 million yuan, with island style and Oman style architecture as the background, presenting a romantic and poetic Oman style wedding art. At present, two banquet halls with a total area of 2,000 square meters have been completed and are expected to officially open to the public in January next year. After completion, this project will become the largest wedding celebration project in the Zhejiang Province, with an expected annual fixed income of over 2.5 million yuan.

In May this year, the investment agreement was signed for the Cixi Social and Psychological Service Construction Camp project located in the Taoyuanjiang Community, Zonghan Subdistrict. In September, the Zonghan Chamber of Commerce signed an intention letter with the Sentai Enterprise Co., Ltd. for the cooperation and co-construction of the Sino-Thailand Hangzhou Bay Industrial Park. As a comprehensive industrial park, the Sino-Thailand Hangzhou Bay Industrial Park covers an area of about 5,000 acres, with the first phase covering an area of 600 acres. In the future, with the completion of this industrial park in Thailand, enterprises in Cixi will have a larger development platform for foreign trade exchanges with enterprises in Thailand. It is reported that while the industrial park will be put into physical operation after completion, a trading platform company will be established in the Zonghan Subdistrict to attract Cixi enterprises to lease and settle in the industrial park, and to encourage enterprises to export their raw materials and terminal products uniformly from the trading platform established in the subdistrict. By operating in parallel with the industrial park and the trade platform, foreign trade exports will be further promoted to boost economic development.
