In the warm March, there is a warm current surging in the Cixi Juvenile Rescue and Protection Center. After early recruitment, volunteers from the Juvenile Rescue and Protection Center gathered together to exert their volunteer power to jointly safeguard the healthy growth of juveniles, so as to let each flower bloom in the sun.

They may be orphans, actually unaccompanied children, children left behind in rural areas, or children from poor families, children with disabilities, children lacking in homecare, or under incorrect guardianship... According to statistics, the number of such children in our city reaches more than 800. In order to better protect the rights and interests of juveniles, Cixi has established a municipal rescue and protection center for juveniles, setting up functional rooms such as Sunshine Loving House and Temporary Resettlement Rooms, and developed a service system with the city's child supervisors and child directors as the service pillars, with the participation of caring alliances and volunteer service-providing teams.

The protection of juveniles cannot be separated from the participation of the entire society. According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Juvenile Rescue and Protection Center, in order to enhance social cohesion, the center recruited caring volunteers and teams from the whole society who would dedicate to the protection of juveniles at the beginning of this year. "So far, more than 60 volunteers have been successfully recruited." Among them, there are volunteer teams from the Beijing Yingke (Cixi) Law Firm, as well as caring people such as doctors, teachers, and college students and so on. "In the future, volunteers will carry out a series of volunteer service-providing activities in terms of growth companionship, homework guidance, interest cultivation, psychological counseling, legal assistance, and activity development." In order to better motivate volunteers, the center has also piloted the implementation of a volunteer point rewarding system.
