The new banking service outlets issuing social security cards are distributed in the ICBC in five towns (subdistricts) of Chongshou, Changhe, Zonghan, Gutang and Hushan. So far, the coverage of the banking service outlets issuing social security cards has been further expanded, available in the Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank, the China Construction Bank, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Bank of China, the Bank of Ningbo, the Agricultural Bank of China, and the Postal Savings Bank of China, etc.. At present, the number of municipal banking service outlets issuing social security cards has reached 124 in total. Since January this year, the number of social security card issuance has added up to 10,273, including 9,684 issued at the bank counters and 589 online.

It is reported that the issuance mode of the 9 new outlets is the same as the original "immediate issuance" outlets. The residents of the city only need to go to these banking service outlets with their ID cards, and can immediately handle the businesses of the first issuance of social security cards, loss reporting, cancellation, replacement, contact information change, and so on. At the same time, they can also open up the financial function of social security cards.

In recent years, the Cixi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, adhering to the service purpose of solving the people's "anxieties and problems", has innovated its working ideas, broadened the channels for application of social security cards, and given full play to the advantages of the banking service outlets, such as their multiple outlets, wide coverage and excellent service quality, etc., and has successfully built a service platform covering 17 towns and subdistricts in the city, having basically realized the "one-stop" service mode of making government related applications available at the door of the masses.
