As the largest comprehensive exhibition of household electrical appliances in our city, the 19th Cixi Household Electrical Appliance Expo opened yesterday. Yesterday morning, Wubulikasimu · Maitusong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Commerce, and Zhang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Cixi Municipal Committee, paid visits to inspect the various exhibition areas of the expo on site to understand the participation situation. Vice Mayor Zhou Gao participated in the event.
The theme of this expo is "branding, digitalization, and full channelization", with a focus on "creating products and brands, digitalization and intelligence, and assisting enterprises in expanding sales" to serve the comprehensive upgrading of the household electrical appliance industry and empower new advances of integrated domestic and foreign trade development for household electrical appliance enterprises. The exhibition operates in a market-oriented manner, attracting 214 household electrical appliance enterprises in Cixi represented by outstanding enterprises such as the Fotile Group, the Bull Group, the Cuori, the Pro'sKit, and the Kadeer to participate in the exhibition. Cixi household electrical appliance enterprises reserved 81.07% of the total exhibition booths, fully demonstrating the new trend of "innovation, transformation, and growth" of our city's home appliance enterprises.
During the inspection, the delegation visited well-known brand enterprises' booths in our city, including those reserved by the Bull Group, the Fotile Group, the Jianhui, the Kadeer, the Cuori, the Feilong, and the Pro'sKit and so on. At each exhibition area, Zhang Cheng will have a friendly conversation and discussion with participating merchants on development, to gain a detailed understanding of the fruitful achievements of the company and brand in technological innovation and development. He would also encourage everyone to make full use of the important platform of the expo, strengthen resource exchanges and docking, deepen practical cooperation, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the household electrical appliance industry, highlighting the hard power and unlimited potential in the field of intelligent technologies.
During the tour, the delegation led by Zhang Cheng also visited the Excellent Achievements Exhibition of the 16th "Cixi Cup" Industrial Design Competition. As a large-scale industrial design competition that promotes local independent innovation and industrial upgrading, it has always attracted numerous outstanding designers and local enterprises to participate. Zhang Cheng watched with great interest various types of industrial design works and affirmed the achievements of the organizers in leading design and promoting high-quality industrial development. He said that industrial design, as one of the important directions of service-oriented manufacturing, is of great significance for the development of new formats and models in the manufacturing industry. He hoped to further promote innovation in industrial design in Cixi through the holding of the "Cixi Cup", promote interaction and integration between design and manufacturing, accelerate new product development, enhance brand competitiveness, and cultivate new development momentum.
It's learnt from the Organizing Committee that this expo attracted nearly 10,000 domestic and foreign purchasers from He'nan, Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Shandong, Liaoning and other places to purchase from key institutions such as the Colombia Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the CHINA RESOURCES VANGUARD Co., Ltd., the Suning E-shop, the JD Five Star, the Hangzhou Lianhua, World Goods Selection and so on. During the expo, multiple activities will also be held, including the "Design for Attraction, Industrial Win-Win" Household Electrical Appliance Industry Brand Marketing, and the China National Green and Intelligent Household Electrical Appliance Consumption Promotion Marketing Annual Conference 2024 and so on.
