The gradient cultivation of the "big, outstanding and strong" enterprise groups in our city has yielded continuous results. Recently, three enterprises in our city, namely the Zhejiang Zhonghuan Sunter PV Technology Co., Ltd., the Ningbo Yibin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and the Huayu Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., were selected for the second batch of "big, outstanding and strong" manufacturing cultivation list in the Ningbo City announced by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, ranking the second on the list among counties (sub-cities, districts) in Ningbo. At the same time, the Haitong Group was selected as one of the second batch of Eagle Enterprises in the province announced by the Office of the Leading Group for High Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry in the Zhejiang Province.

So far, our city has three provincial Eagle Enterprises, and the other two are the Bull Group and the Fotile Group. A total of 13 enterprises have been selected for the "big, outstanding and strong" cultivation list of manufacturing industry in Ningbo, ranking the third on the list among counties (sub-cities, districts) in Ningbo.

In order to implement the "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Implementing the 'Eagle Action' to Cultivate Global Competitive First Class Enterprises" and the "Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of the Ningbo City on Accelerating the Cultivation of Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises", our city has formulated a special policy to further accelerate the cultivation of our city's "big, outstanding and strong, green, new and high-tech" enterprise groups in 2023. A total of 23 enterprises including the Bull Group have been shortlisted for the "big, outstanding and strong" award list in 2023, becoming a demonstration model for Cixi Manufacturing to improve its quality and develop strong core capabilities.

Our city is firmly committed to implementing the first development strategy of "building a city of industry and innovation", accelerating the promotion of new industrialization, and building a national first-class intelligent manufacturing city. Our city will follow the requirements of the provincial "415X" and Ningbo "361" industrial cluster construction, with the guidance of "big, outstanding and strong, green, new and high-tech", play a good role in the combination of future technology industries, strategic emerging industries, and characteristic advantageous industries, build a global intelligent home appliance innovation center, and coordinate the layout of the city's 241 industrial clusters, including two hundred-billion-level clusters of digital economy core industries and intelligent home appliances, four ten-billion-level clusters of high-end equipment, key infrastructure, new materials, and modern health, and a batch of emerging and future industrial clusters, so as to accelerate the construction of three provincial-level advanced manufacturing industrial clusters of intelligent home appliances, intelligent electrical appliances, and high-end magnetic materials, and build a higher-level and more competitive modern industrial system.
