As of now, 20 key construction projects at the municipal level that are included in the land service guarantee of the Cixi City in 2024 all enjoyed land guarantee, with a total land area of 3,116 mu and a planned implementation rate of 100%.

"We have opened up a green channel for major projects to be approved immediately and for special matters, effectively ensuring the demand for effective investment land," said the relevant person in charge of the bureau. Taking the comprehensive transportation hub and supporting infrastructure construction project in northern Ningbo as an example, the total investment of the project is as high as 3,083.03 million yuan, which is an important supporting facility for the high-speed railway hub in the Cixi City and has a profound impact on improving the city's level and service capacity. "We have adopted a working model of dedicated personnel following up and departmental collaboration, striving for efficiency at every step from project initiation to site selection pre-approval," emphasized the person in charge of the Agriculture and Conservation Department of the Municipal Natural Resources & Planning Bureau, "at the same time, we actively provide guidance on land acquisition approval services to ensure that the last mile of project land security is unobstructed."

The total investment of the 228 National Highway from Andong in Cixi to Lizhou in Yuyao is about 5,717 million yuan, with a total land area of 688 mu. Faced with the challenges of large land use scale and tight approval time, the Municipal Natural Resources & Planning Bureau included it in the national factor guarantee scope in a timely manner through advanced planning and careful deployment, effectively improving the approval efficiency.
