This year, the Xinpu Town has established a "trinity" service mechanism to comprehensively enhance the quality and efficiency of enterprise services, continuously optimizing the business environment. "Big Footsteps" Visiting Enterprise: The town implemented the "Visiting Hundreds of Enterprises and Solving Hundreds of Concerns" campaign, creating a dynamic "one enterprise, one file" management mechanism. Addressing frequent issues like slow project approvals and talent shortages, it adopted a closed-loop process of "request collection, dedicated handling, and follow-up evaluation". To date, 205 enterprises have been visited, 6 government-enterprise forums held, and 262 operational issues on such as resource allocation and labor disputes resolved for 150 companies. "Legal Umbrella" Protection: By consolidating inspections across five areas of market regulation, eco-environment, fire safety, etc., and implementing the "Integrated Inspection Once" policy under the Administrative Inspection Coordination Plan, enterprises saw a 33% YoY reduction in inspection frequency from January to April. Collaborating with Ningbo Enterprise Rights Protection Association and the Municipal Justice Bureau, the town organized legal seminars and guidance to promote compliant operations. This year, 12 legal consultations were provided, and 75 companies signed “Compliance Operation Pledges”. Digital Convenience for Enterprises: Focusing on key areas like projects, finance, and talents, the town compiled a 144-item enterprise service list integrated into Ningbo's Comprehensive Enterprise Service Platform. The platform centrally processes cross-departmental requests such as policy queries and reward applications, improving efficiency. This year, 86 cases have been handled via the platform with 100% resolution and satisfaction rates.
