Yesterday afternoon, the First Member Conference of the 9th Session of the City's Women Entrepreneurs Association was held, reviewing and summarizing the work since the Fourth Member Conference of the 8th Session and outlining future plans. City leaders, including Bu Mingchang, Ma Yingbo, Lou Xuecong, Zheng Rujie, Wang Yinv, and Chen Yongming, Chief Prosecutor of the City People's Procuratorate, attended the conference.
Bu Mingchang, on behalf of the CPC Yuyao Municipal Committee and the Yuyao Municipal People’s Government, congratulated the opening of the conference and the newly elected board and supervisory committee members, expressing high respect to the women entrepreneurs who have contributed to Cixi's development.
Over the past five years, the association has closely aligned with the CPC Yuyao Municipal Committee and the Yuyao Municipal People’s Government's priorities, uniting and guiding women entrepreneurs to strive and innovate, playing a significant role in promoting entrepreneurship and social progress. Women entrepreneurs have stood at the forefront, achieving remarkable accomplishments across various fields, with a number of industry-leading enterprises and outstanding entrepreneurs emerging, becoming a bright symbol of Cixi's image and an irreplaceable force in the city's development.
Currently, Cixi is at a critical juncture, concluding the “14th Five-Year” Plan and preparing for the “15th Five-Year” Plan. The 8th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Yuyao Municipal Committee called for promoting the "Six-Do" spirit, deepening the strategy of industrial revitalization and innovation-driven development, and advancing high-quality growth. The conference emphasized that the association should thoroughly implement the plenary session's spirit, unite women entrepreneurs, and contribute to achieving the “14th Five-Year” Plan goals. The new board, led by President Xu Dizhen, should continue to uphold the "women can excel as men" spirit, enhance service functions, and elevate the association's influence. Women entrepreneurs are supposed to stay firm in their political direction, focus on innovation-driven growth, accelerate transformation, fulfill social responsibilities, and become patriotic, dedicated, and compassionate entrepreneurs of the new era. The CPC Yuyao Municipal Committee and the Yuyao Municipal People’s Government will remain a strong backing for the association and women entrepreneurs, vigorously supporting their innovative and entrepreneurial endeavors. All localities and departments should continue to improve the business environment, inspire women entrepreneurs' enthusiasm, and contribute more to building a modern, prosperous, and beautiful new city of Cixi.
The conference reviewed the board's work and financial reports and approved the new board and supervisory committee members.
